Saint Antoninus of Florence
When the teenaged Antoninus first sought entrance into the Order, he was refused due to poor health. He persisted, and was told he would be allowed to enter if he could recite all of canon law from memory. In true Dominican fashion, he spent the next year in study and was soon able to meet this requirement.
